Mary Phillips

Mary is a Minnesota native, lived in Plentywood for 12 years and moved to Billings several years ago. She brings a warm, welcoming presence to the Team West Insurance office. She is the proud mother of two wonderful children and a grandmother to five amazing grandchildren—her family is truly the highlight of her life.

Outside of work, Mary enjoys instrumental music, long lunches with friends, good movies, and plenty of laughter— the kind of laughs that come from meaningful and memorable moments.

Sara Hergenreter

I live in Billings with my husband, Colton and my two boys, Eiljah and Bradley. We truly enjoy time together as a family. My first jobs were as a mechanic. Initially, I worked on autos, then school buses, and my last big repair job was a V-12 Caterpillar engine for a workover rig. I truly enjoy the puzzle.

Looking at the details and fixing things, believe it or not, is a great segue into Medicare Insurance. Gail Snyder

I love helping people and simplifying what can be difficult.

I have a degree in English & Health Education. However, I’ve never used it as a teacher in a classroom setting. The setting I have chosen is teaching people how insurance works. I am an educator at heart. I love it when someone has an “Ah-Ha!” moment of understanding. Health insurance and Medicare are confusing and can be frustrating. As an educator, I have found ways to make it easy to understand.

Bob opened the doors to his insurance agency in Loveland, Colorado in 2000. He began offering home and auto insurance and soon thereafter I began offering health and life insurance. Since that date, I have helped thousands of valued clients obtain Medicare and health insurance both with and without tax credits.

Our clients appreciate our ability to evaluate their needs and all of the options they have. Sometimes COBRA, retiree benefits, or even your parent’s plan (if you are under 26) are better options than the open market. Bob Snyder

I have spent my entire professional life helping people solve problems. My passion lies in connecting with people and making complex problems simple.

My formal education is in Industrial Engineering. That means I like repeatable processes, fool-proofing systems, and getting ahead of any issues or problems and fixing things.

When I started in the insurance industry, my goal was to have a family business. Initially, that meant working together with Gail and having a business that was friendly to our family’s needs. As our children have grown and moved out, our family has extended to our clients. We treat our clients like family – addressing questions and offering solutions just like we would if we were at the Thanksgiving dinner table.

Gail and I have been married for 35 years, and we have enjoyed working in the business as a team for more than 25 years.

One of the benefits of having our own business is the ability to be involved in the community. Over the years I have enjoyed Rotary, other civic organizations, and volunteering at church (being the sound guy is the best!) Gail and I enjoy camping, fishing, bike riding, and skiing with friends and family.
