I live in Billings with my husband, Colton and my two boys, Eiljah and Bradley. We truly enjoy time together as a family. My first jobs were as a mechanic. I have a degree in English & Health Education. However, I’ve never used it as a teacher in a classroom setting. The setting I have chosen is teaching people how insurance works. I am an educator at heart. I love it when someone has an “Ah-Ha!” moment of understanding. Health insurance and Medicare are confusing and can be frustrating. My formal education is in Industrial Engineering. That means I like repeatable processes, fool-proofing systems, and getting ahead of any issues or problems and fixing things.
When I started in the insurance industry, my goal was to have a family business. Initially, that meant working together with Gail and having a business that was friendly to our family’s needs. As our children have grown and moved out, our family has extended to our clients. We treat our clients like family – addressing questions and offering solutions just like we would if we were at the Thanksgiving dinner table.
Gail and I have been married for 35 years, and we have enjoyed working in the business as a team for more than 25 years.
One of the benefits of having our own business is the ability to be involved in the community. Over the years I have enjoyed Rotary, other civic organizations, and volunteering at church (being the sound guy is the best!) Gail and I enjoy camping, fishing, bike riding, and skiing with friends and family.
